Over 3400 athletes expected for the Ultra-Trail Kosciuszko starting Thursday 28th November with the finish area at Friday Flat, Thredbo

The Ultra-Trail Kosciuszko, presented by UTMB, returns to the Snowy Mountains from November 28th-30th. With over 3,400 athletes, plus spectators, volunteers, and support crews, Thredbo is expected to serve as a base camp for competitors throughout the event. 

Featuring four distances—the Kosci30, Kosci50, Kosci100, and KosciMiler—the Kosciuszko National Park sets the stage for athletes to push their limits across some of Australia’s most picturesque running terrain. Athletes will experience runnable trails winding through Australia’s iconic snow gum forests and granite outcrops, creating the ultimate runner’s high. 

With run clubs and outdoor adventure rapidly gaining popularity across Australia, it’s clear why this event sells out year after year.
