Growing up they were always in our garden and sometimes even in our house. Seeing them in the snow has always seemed normal for me with mountains as our back yard. It’s only been in later life that I realised this was not the norm for everyone else. In the gallery we have a saying that wombats pay the rent, so much so that we made them the company logo.
