Lodge Assistant Required: Work with us this Christmas and New Year in beautiful Thredbo NSW

Boali Lodge in the heart of Thredbo is seeking a live on-site/or live off site couple or friends to assist with kitchen duties and housekeeping. Start date: 4th December 2023 End date: 29th January 2024. (8 weeks). Must be available to work Christmas Day and New Years Eve. Work hours: Up 40 hours per week, collectively. We are a member-based lodge and require strong team players to join our crew. We are looking for mature-minded, well presented hospitality professionals with great customer service skills, and the ability to take initiative and able to work as part of a team and unsupervised. Cooking and kitchen experience is essential (for at least one applicant) and housekeeping is desirable, but we are happy to train the right candidate. Chef qualifications would be an advantage. This role would ideally suit a couple, or 2 friends who are comfortable sharing a room (if onsite accommodation is required). Generous accommodation with own bathroom, wifi and all meals are included as board. Casual award wages and penalty rates are paid along with superannuation. Potential for ongoing work for the right candidates. A current Working with Children’s Certificate or Police Check is mandatory.
