Save the Snowies

At 4.00pm on Thursday 15 May the Legislative Assembly will debate a petition calling on the Government to save the Snowies. The paper petition, presented by Dr Joe McGirr MP, Member for Wagga Wagga, was signed by more than 10,000 people and calls on the Government to: 1. Repeal the Kosciuszko Wild Horse Heritage Act 2018. 2. Prioritise native wildlife over feral animals in national parks. You can watch the debate live at the link
