Lyrebirds actually don’t mind the snow, they dig through it like a hot knife through butter. The little birds that also eat bugs very much appreciate the digging as it allows them to access insects hidden beneath the snow too. All images taken with @nikonaustralia Nikon z9 and Nikon z 400mm f2.8 S
