Yin Yang Flow in the mornings to energise and awaken. Evening Yin to soften, release and restore. Sunday Yin at 4pm for the perfect end-of-week reset. Everyone welcome — beginners through to seasoned yogis. Mats + props provided. Drop-ins welcome.
