This afternoon was designed for people who don’t want to be “fixed.”

Saltstone Summer Sessions aren’t about pushing limits or chasing a feeling. They’re for people who are tired. Busy. Carrying more than they realise. We begin outdoors — not to shock the system, but to slow it down. You arrive. Shoes off. Feet in the sand. Breath first. Some people place their feet in the lake. Some people swim. Some people sit wrapped in a jumper and simply breathe. There is no expectation to do anything other than listen to your body. From there, we move into the Saltstone Studio — a warm, grounded space — for two hours of supported Yin Yoga. Slow holds. Stillness. Time to let the nervous system soften. We finish by sharing a beautiful nourishing meal, prepared by Nourished by Jessi — because regulation doesn’t end on the mat. This isn’t a class. It’s an intentional pause. A reset.
