Yoga at the Memorial Hall
NEW CLASS!! Starts Monday 9th February This class will focus on getting ready for the day and the week: Activating the body, steadying the breath and bringing the mind into more focus. Each week you will have the opportunity to explore asana (yoga postures), pranayama (yoga breathing techniques) and/or meditation. Mondays: 7-8am, Jindabyne Memorial Hall. Mats are supplied, but bring your own if you prefer. All levels of experience are welcome.
