Holly Go Lightly Head Chef/Lead Cook Location: Jindabyne Position Type: 30 - 38 hours per week Pay: Level 6 Hospitality Award. Casual or permanent part time Start between now and May This position is year round but will also consider candidates for winter. Looking for an experienced hands on head chef to take on the leadership of our kitchen operations and drive quality during our fast paced services. Hollys is a well loved and established business with a reputation for busy nights, and great burgers. Work hours are between 12 and 10pm, 4-5 days a week. The role will require; Grill and fryer mastery and management Service excellence, delivering high quality consistent food Managing stock, inventory and food costs Food preparation and time management Leadership of other casual employees A passion for burgers, BBQ or similar casual dining trends Successful candidate will need; Experience as a head chef, sous chef or senior cook in a busy, similar environment Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of food safety and inventory management If you are a hands on, energetic chef looking to take the next step in a thriving small business, we want to hear from you.
