Snowmaking in the resorts overnight has topped up the cover. The groomers have been doing a great job to keep the season going.

Today is going to be fine and very Spring like with temps hitting double figures in the resorts. Best to get out there early whilst the snow it still firm.

Sunshine for the next couple of days before clouds move in on Tuesday. Mid week will see light showers in the south.

Later next week we should see showers with possible rain at times. Saturday could see some light snow falling up top and then a cool change on Sunday could see snow falling across the 6th-8th. Now seeing what happened to the last few systems, I'm not jumping in just yet. It's still possible the warm air swoops into the mix and ruins it all, but there is hope for something decent. It the cold does arrive we could also see the snow guns firing for long periods and prolonging the season further (that's the hope anyway). Keep fingers, toes and anything else you have crossed. 🐸
