The Savour Weekend concludes with a very special masterclass hosted by The Wild Gardner. Learn about the useful and tasty plants that can be found growing the wild places of Jindabyne and the Snowy Mountains area and enjoy a beautiful picnic on the edge of stunning Lake Crackenback. 

There will be a wide range of sweet and savoury recipes to taste – all made using ingredients that have been foraged right here in the Snowy Mountains. 

You could sample flavours such as Elderflower Vinegar, handmade in the traditional method, classic Melting Moments filled with Rosehip buttercream icing or Spiced Mountain Ash BBQ Sauce with Elderberry infuse venison sausage.
