We are dedicated to providing guests with unforgettable dining experiences Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet the expectations of our discerning guests, ensuring exceptional taste, presentation, and consistency. - Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients to create innovative and enticing dishes. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in the kitchen, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of meals, catering to guest preferences and dietary requirements. - Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting fellow team members and fostering a culture of excellence and creativity. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality establishment. - Culinary qualifications or relevant apprenticeship/training in cooking techniques and kitchen management. - Passion for food and culinary arts, with a focus on using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create memorable dining experiences. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a hospitality role.
