Reclaim Kosci

The Conversation has today reported new study which has found that feral horses in Kosciuszko are decreasing carbon stores by damaging peat country. 'Where there was no evidence of horse activity, the peatlands were storing 45% more carbon in their soils than peatlands with evidence of horses'.
