Late Friday should see some light showers developing in the south with light snow falling up top overnight and into Saturday. The tail end of this will see temps drop and resorts should be able to start making snow. Cold nights over the weekend and early next week, along with some natural snow this weekend should see some areas able to make a decent base. The end of the month and first days of June are still looking positive for snowfalls as is the opening weekend. Another positive is I don't see rain putting a dampener on things over the next few weeks.
